Getting started
Roles with a clear job description and a realistic budget in ₹, for skill sets we actively recruit, where the brief reaches us during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm IST). It depends on matching candidates being available. For niche, senior or confidential roles we agree a delivery timeline with you up front.
Layer one is an AI-assisted evaluation of the CV against your must-haves. Layer two is a recorded AI interview with role-specific questions. Layer three is a practical assessment, such as a coding task, sales role-play or spreadsheet test. An experienced recruiter then reviews all three and confirms fit before the profile reaches you.
Three six-hour modules: AI tools for everyday work, automating routine tasks, and everyday productivity (prompting, checking AI output and responsible use). It's delivered live by experienced AI trainers, and every hire we place is enrolled at no extra cost.
Scheduled check-ins with the new hire and their manager at day 7, 30, 60 and 90. We flag any concerns about role clarity, expectations or fit straight away with a suggested next step, and log every check-in on your client platform.
Choose permanent recruitment for core, long-term roles you want on your own payroll. Choose contract staffing for projects with an end date, seasonal peaks, headcount-restricted teams, or to trial a role before hiring permanently. Contract resources stay on our payroll and we handle compliance. Many clients use both, and contract-to-hire lets you switch later.
Permanent recruitment is a one-time fee of 8.33% of the hire's annual CTC, invoiced on the joining date. Contract staffing is billed monthly per resource: their monthly CTC plus a 8% service fee. Enterprise and bulk hiring (10+ hires) is priced from 6.5% of CTC. All prices are in INR and exclude GST. Use the calculator on our pricing page for an estimate.
Screening & candidates
No. AI helps us screen faster and more consistently, but an experienced recruiter reviews every candidate and you always make the final hiring decision.
Yes. Candidates are told how each screening stage works and give consent before any interview is recorded.
Yes. We can use your test or case study as the practical assessment layer.
Never. Million Talents AI does not charge candidates any fee at any stage.
Contracts & billing
No. All prices are in INR and exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate on invoices.
Not for standard permanent roles: you pay when a hire joins. Leadership searches and RPO engagements may use a retainer, agreed in writing before we start.
We do. Contract resources are on our payroll and we manage ESIC, EPF, payroll and HR operations.
*One-hour shortlist applies to eligible roles during business hours, subject to matching candidate availability. Screening, training and support are provided under the agreed recruitment or staffing package.
