This policy explains how Million Talents India Pvt. Ltd. ("Million Talents AI", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use our website, our client platform, or our recruitment and staffing services. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as name, email, phone, company and role.
- Candidate information, including CVs, employment history, current and expected CTC, notice period and assessment results.
- Interview recordings and practical assessment submissions, collected with the candidate's consent.
- Usage data from our website and platform, such as device, browser and pages visited.
How we use it
- To match candidates with roles and present shortlists to clients.
- To run screening, including AI-assisted CV evaluation, AI interviews and practical assessments.
- To deliver training, post-joining support and workforce reporting.
- To respond to enquiries, manage contracts and send invoices.

AI-assisted processing
We use AI tools to help evaluate CVs and interviews. AI output is always reviewed by a recruiter, and no hiring decision is made solely by automated means. Candidates can ask for a human review of any assessment.
Sharing
We share candidate profiles only with clients for roles the candidate has agreed to be considered for. We use trusted service providers (hosting, email, video and assessment tools) under written data processing terms. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Interview recordings are kept for the duration of the hiring process and a limited period afterwards, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate another person to exercise your rights, as provided under the DPDP Act and, where applicable, the GDPR. To make a request, contact our Grievance Officer using the details below.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and regular reviews to protect personal data.
