These terms govern your use of the website and client platform operated by Million Talents India Pvt. Ltd. ("Million Talents AI", "we", "us"). Recruitment and staffing services are provided under a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
Use of the website
You may use this website to learn about our services, contact us and apply for roles. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information.
Client platform
Platform access is given to authorised users of our clients. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Fees and estimates
Prices and calculator results on this website are indicative estimates in Indian Rupees (INR), exclusive of GST. Binding fees are those set out in your signed agreement.
1-hour shortlist
The one-hour shortlist applies to eligible roles during business hours, subject to matching candidate availability. It is a service target, not a guarantee.
Intellectual property
The content, design and software on this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
The website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
