The same company, with a new name

Eswar R founded Million Talents in Bengaluru in 2013, and the company brings 15+ years of recruitment experience to employers across India. If you searched for Million Talents or Million Talents India, this is the same business, run by the same legal entity.

The new name describes how we work now. Experienced recruiters still run every search, and AI takes on the screening steps that used to slow hiring down.

What changed

Three things are new, and the website has moved from milliontalentstech.com to milliontalents.ai:

• The AI Hiring Suite: AI Skills Assessment, AI Tech Assessment, AI Voice Interview, AI Final Video Interview and AI Joining Follow-Up, with the free AI Hiring Blueprint
• Talents AI — Your AI Hiring Assistant, powered by Million Talents AI — which turns a one-line brief into a hiring plan and runs the AI services
• The Million Talents AI Platform, where recruitment teams manage business development, candidates, billing, joining and remote work

What stayed the same

The parts of the business clients rely on have not changed:

• The recruiters, account managers and support team you already work with
• Permanent recruitment and contract staffing, as the two hiring models
• The legal entity, Million Talents India Pvt. Ltd.

For existing clients

Your account carries on as before. You keep the same team and contacts, and your agreements continue unchanged unless we update them with you in writing.
